form submit info

Uploaded Publisher 2003 site with form submit button per Mr. David info HTTP,
Tested form, it appeared to work OK, but I did not get an Email.

Retried site and form 30 min later, got the 404 error at submit.

?? do I need to reinstall FPSE at host ??

checked out Publisher 101, I am getting the form confirmation when testing
form but No email as setup on submit button
