Form submit problem

Ive got a permissions problem on our server that we manage.
2003 Server, FP 2002 Extensions

A newbie tech moved all sites to a new web server and now all forms when
submitted are prompting for a username and password.

I cant for the life of me figure this out! Ive set permissions wide open on
everything I can think of but still get the logon prompt on submission.

This is just a simple mailto form and this is the error I get on this URL:

http://www.mydomain.com/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/customersurvey2.htm

Any ideas?

The sites must be published between servers, they can not just be copied between servers.

Delete the sites and publish from within FP.

The problem is, the old server has been wiped clean and relocated. I have no
access to the original websites.

Is there some permission scheme I can rebuild?
