form /table for raquet center

Hi i am trying to create a table for for a raquet center . which i can get the options on the form for what kind of court they want . ie court 1 , court 2 , or all whether 1 , all weather 2, and also choose the sport they want to play ie tennis,badminton,squash and time limits they can book for . ie 1 hour 2 hour also the squash is only 40 mins long per session . And after that mouth full the database has to be relationship based . what that means i dont know . first time of using access. i have created a table for the customer already and give them a id number which i want to incorporate in the forms to link them together
