Form/Template to retrieve Data as csv to be imported into Excel

Hi
I created a form in Word that was to be distributed to employee to fill-in
and then someone else to type in the responses into an Excel spreadsheet.

My question is ...

Is there a way to fill-in the form and capture the data as csv to be
imported into EXCEL?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Use the SaveData only for Forms option.

The whole process can however the automated using VBA where you save all of
the responses in a folder and then run a macro that opens each document and
gets the .Result of each formfield and writes it into a database, and then
saves that document into another folder and deletes the document from the
original folder so that forms are not processed twice if you run the macro
again when more responses are received.
