I created a form in Word that was to be distributed to employee to fill-in
and then someone else to type in the responses into an Excel spreadsheet.
My question is ...
Is there a way to fill-in the form and capture the data as csv to be
imported into EXCEL?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
