Form Template version Conflict on sharepoint

Error: "Thsi form might not open correctly because it was created with a
newer version of the form template than the one currently installed. Do you
want to open the form with the older form template?"
1. I have created a Form using Managed Code
2. Made it fully trusted using RegForm with a urn value
3. Extracted the XSN file and modified the URN in template.xml and removed
href="manifest.xsf"
4. Uploaded template.xml to Sharepoint form library.
5. Installed the MSI created with regform on Client PC.
Now when I try to fill out the form I get the above error.

Can someone guide me whats going wrong .
