Form Tool's attachment field

The "Attachment" field in Groove 2007's Forms toll has several columns
(Name, Size, Type, Modified Date, Modified By) that seem only to be
visible "design-time". How can I make these columns available
"run-time"?

Is there a way to control the width of the attachment field?

Hi JohnS -

I too have been puzzled that the forms designer displays all the information
about attachments but the live view of the same form doesn't. I've no
explanation for it.

A lot of style code is inserted into the "fieldLabel":
