Form used to pass data to a spreadsheet

I have two general questions about using Forms;
1) Can a Form be 'automated' to send itself to everyone on a Distribution
list once per day?
2) Can the Form responses from everyone on the Distribution list be
automatically entered into an Excel spreadsheet on a shared server?
