Form Validation

I have a form that I use to allow a user to select a
company name from a drop down (ComboBox). Once the user
selects the company name, I want to set up a OK / Cancel
option to validate the forms information. Would I do this
with a Command Button? Because one the use selects "OK"
the Company Name is this going to be moved to a Text Box
on my Main Form.

Any suggestions?
