Form via internet converted to plain text

Hi All,

I would really appreciate your help with the following problem. A developer
from outside is sending me a form which is being converted to plain text in
a particular mailbox only. The form works fine with 3 other recipients in my
exchange but does not work on one recipient. I have read many Microsoft KB
articles and have read Sue's( http://www.slipstick.com/dev/sendform.htm )
I'm in touch with the developer and he assures me that he knows and that he
has taken all these facts into consideration. I running out of options, any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

TIA.

If it's one mailbox only, it sounds suspiciously like (a) the sender has not marked that person's address for rich-text or (b) the recipient does not have access to the published form definition.

Hi Sue and thanks for your quick reply. I had the same suspicions, I have
asked him to check option (a) on his side and he assures me that he has
enabled RTF for this contact, he has created a new contact item for this
recipient just to be on the safe side. As for option (B), I have published
the form on the recipient's personal forms lib, but keep in mind that the
other 3 recipients do not have the form published on theirs.

FYI.
I have Exchange 2000 SP3/Outlook 2002 SP2
The Developer uses Exchange 5.5/Outlook 2000

I've been told by the sender that he has set the "Always send to this recipient in Microsoft Outlook rich-text format" property for all the recipients. Please also note that, the form has been published in the recipient's Organizational Forms Library as well Personal Forms Library. And that the Form has the "Send Form Definition with Item" property set in itself.

Thanks for your help.
