Form views

Greetings,

I have a user that uses an MSWord form. According to the
user one day they arrived to use the form and instead of
seeing form objects textboxes, checkboxes, etc. The form
objects were replaced by: { FORMCHECKBOX } {
FORMDROPDOWN } { FORMTEXT }

Rendering the form useless for input.

I realize that these settings are caused by some sort of
form view change. (Because the form opens and functions
just fine on my computer....) I can't figure out how to
toggle this view back and forth.

I'm sure that this is something simple.
