form with multiple records

I hope this isn't too difficult or impossible to do. I
have a table which tracks the payments I make to various
accounts. I want a form where I can type in how much I
want to send out in payments that day. I want it to also
have the name and account # of 26 accounts with an amount
field all on one screen. I want to be able to enter the
amount I want to pay next to each account and be able to
watch a running total of what I have left to pay that
day. Then the next step would be that it will update the
main table with the amounts paid.

It would look something like this:

Amount Remaining to Pay: __________ (calculated field)
Frosty's Snow Shoes #0000 ______
Doby's Surf Boards #0000 ______
Gilligan's Marine #______
Jeannie's Bottles #______
Samantha's Nosespray #______

The first thing I'm stuck on is how to get the rows with
the account names and numbers.
