Form with windowless usercontrol

In a button click event of a Inspector window that uses a modified Outlook
custom form, a vb6 form is launched that contains a windowless usercontrol
that I developed in vb6. When in this form, if the windowless usercontrol
receives focus via mouse or keyboard, then upon closing this form, focus is
not reset back the to inspector window. Nor can the inspector window receive
mouse click events or get focus itself using Alt+Tab, etc. The inspector
window title bar remains inactive. The inspector window Menu toolbar will no
longer function via mouse of Alt+Key combinations. Clicking the X to close
does nothing. If I set the usercontrol windowless property to false, this
does not ocurr. Or if I dont click the control or tab to it to give the
control focus, this does not ocurr. This does not ocurr in other areas of
Outlook where the same form is used...it only ocurrs in the modified outlook
contact custom form inspector window. It appears to be fixed in OL2007 but
occurs in OL2003 and OL2000 (haven't tried OL2002/XP)

Any one have any ideas....other than not using a windowless usercontrol?
