Form without form field!

Hello;

I've created a template with tables and have set the cell sizes to EXACT so
that the table doesn't auto-expand.

Now I'm trying to find a way to stop the text from running past the bottom
of the cell.

I can't use form fields because it restricts some Word features and custom
macros that I really need.

Anyone have any suggestions?
