Form Wizard

For FP2003, the help topic for [Create a form by using the Form Page Wizard]
states (#13) "On the PRESENTATION OPTIONS page, specify how you want the
questions to be presented on your form."

Unfortunately, I do not see any such PRESENTATION OPTIONS page. Am I doing
something wrong?

Essentially, Forms Wizard puts all the items vertically in one column
whereas I would like to have them spread out in multiple columns so that
they are visually attractive.

You can re-arrange them as needed, just make sure that all field and the submit button is contained
with the form tags (HTML/Code View)
