Form won't display when logged in as someone else

I have a database that works on many computers, however,
when two people use this database a form, when displayed
from the switchboard appears blank. If you go into the
forms menu and double click the form then it appears.
Also, I have logged onto their computers and it worked
fine under my name, but when it is them, it doesn't work.
I don't understand what could be causing this. Has anyone
every had this happen before?
