Hi

I have created a custom form to pass information onto
colleague regarding phone calls taken.

Is there any way I can get outlook to reply with a preset
message or return the form to the sender if the recipient
has not read it within a certain amount of time?

Appreciate any help given.

Not without installing additional software to the recipient's machine. There are, however, tools you can put on *your* machine to track this. Inbox Buddy and another new one come to mind. Both should be at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm
