I need to create a form that updates 1 table, however, on the form...I need
to see information from mulitple tables (including the table I want to update
informaton).
Do I create the Form from this 1 main table, or from a query? Or another way?

How is this other information related to the information in your main table?
Normally, such information is shown in a subform or maybe a listbox.
