Form_Current in subform fires twice

I have a subform with CBF on the Form_Current event. When
I navigate to a record of the parent form with a matching
subform record, the event fires twice. If I leave the
pair of records (the master and subform records), the
event fires only once.

Can anyone tell me what might be going on or how to
diagnose it?
