Formal mode, no contractions, useful for cover letters.

Contractions like 'can't' are great for writing most of the time. They are
problematic in very formal writing, like cover letters or academic papers. It
would be great if there was a 'formal mode' for Word which addressed this.

In Tools | Options | Spelling & Grammar, under the Grammar Options, you can
check the Style box for "Contractions" to have Word flag these.
