format a merge code that pulling int_rate to 0 decimal place

Hi Listers-
I have this data file that's exported from relational database and it's
being use as datasource for merge document. The problem that I'm having is
the format for this particular field Interest rate is dump out 4 decimal
places from application. I would like to format the merge code that's being
used to 0 decimal place to override the format from data file.

Please advise.
