Hi,
I have started using Outlook 2007 for past few weeks. Previously I was using
Outlook 2003.
Now if I compose any email and format the text with font (say Arial), add
few colours to text and then SAVE in draft. On opening this draft email, I
find the whole format of the text changes back to Times New Roman and all
colours diappear.
With Outlook 2003 I never used to have any such problem.
Also, if I compose an email with above font and colour formatting and send
it to myself and then also the text and colour formatting change to Times New
Roman and all colours diappear. But if I send the email to other email
addresses (such as Yahoo, Hotmail etc.) then it is perfectly fine and it's in
the same format (font and colour) as I had meant to be..
So, please somebody out there, can u please help me how to fix this problem..
Thanks
