I'm a student taking an online Excel class, and unfortunately everything is PC based... DUMB!!!

But anyways, the book is asking me to do something, and I'm not too sure how to do it. It has the PC Excel 2007 directions in it, so not many things are similar in the directions. Here is what it is asking me to do. Can anyone help me? Or simply tell me it's not possible to do on a Mac, which wouldn't be the first time I'd heard that!

1) Select a range of cells (I can do that)
2) In the "Styles" group on the Home tab, click the "Format as Table" button, and then click "Table Style Medium 2" (the second style in the first row in the Medium section). The "Format as Table" dialog box opens, confirming the range you selected for the table and whether the table includes header rows.
3) Verify that the range is "=$B$6:$K$19", verify that the "My table has headers" check box contains a check mark, and then click the "OK" button. The table style is applied.

I cannot do steps 2 or 3 because I don't know where to look in the menu. I've spend a good hour or so trying to figure it out, but I'm helpless! Someone please help a student out! Thank you very much in advance!

The Table feature of 2007 is not available in 2008. However, that feature is
an extension & enhancement of the List feature which has been available in
both PC & Mac Excel for some time. Use Insert> List then format as you wish.
