How can I preset the style of AutoCaption?
(eg when I insert a table, an AutoCaption entry of:
- 12-point font
- centered-aligned
- bold
is shown)

Hello!
How can I modify it?
Please tell step-by-step, thanks!

PS: If you mean modify paragraph style after the caption
is inserted, I know how to do. But it is not convenient
enough as I have to do each time it inserts.

I'm not talking about formatting the paragraph but modifying the paragraph
style. Format | Style: Caption: Modify. If you're using Word 2002, select
the style in the Styles and Formatting task pane, click the down arrow, and
choose Modify.
