"Format bar" "middle color" programmatically Options

Hi
I have a problem that is MS Publisher related but i can't find an
apporpriate group for it. The publisher groups seem to be for standard
users.

I need to change the color of the gantt bar programmatically based on
the percentage completed of the matching task. I could not figure out
what the object responsible name is.

Basically i need to do what is in the link below programmatically

Any ideas?
