Format Calendar View

I have a few projects inserted into a master project and
want to produce a calendar that shows all of the projects
key events over the next few months. I have managed to do
that but the project tasks are not arranged so that it is
easily readable. I tried moving the bars around to get
the grouping the way I want it, but every time I go to a
different view and go back to the calander view the bars
go back to the way they were originally organized. Is
there a way that I can make the bars stay were I want them
without having to redo every time I open the calander view?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When you say "moving bars", what bars are you moving? The bars on the
Gantt chart or on Calendar? By moving them, are inadvertently changing
the schedule.

I'm not sure what you are doing or what you are trying to achieve. Can
you elaborate on what you are trying to do to make the task more
readable? What's the gap?
