Recently, when I reply to messages, my Outlook 2003 makes my reply double
spaced in a font not of my choosing. I have my styles and paragraph
formatting set for single-space Bookman 10, but replying to email, or pasting
a Word document into Outlook, it gets changed to double-space Arial 12. It
works fine when I start an new email.
