I was working in my document and suddenly it changed to show the paragraph
signs and there are dots between every word. I'm sure I hit some button but
I can't seem to change it. I have tried the veiw button and changed it to
several but no success. I tried to shut it down and not accept the changes,
no success. I just want to see the words without all of the signs! Help

Your response led me to the correct answer. I ended up going to Tools on
the toolbar, then options, then veiw and unchecking the "All" box under
formatting marks. Thank you for your help!
