Format Comments Box

I have a couple of comment boxes, but when I hover the mouse pointer over
the cell, the comment box always comes up to the right of the cell. I have
moved it around, and it will stay put as long as I have the comments set to
'show'. But when I click on hide comment, it's back to the right side of the
cell. Also, I can't figure out how to change which corner of the cell the
arrow points to. I tried excel help, but it seems to just be an oxymoron in
this instance (or I'm just a moron).

AFAIK, you can't change the default popup position of the comment, nor
the corner to which its arrow points.
