Format Dates to show quarter they occur in

I am trying to figure out how to display dates in excel so
that they reflect the quarter in which they occur.
Example:
8/28/03 displays as 3Q2003
10/2/03 displays as 4Q2003

Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks for any help!
