format fields for numbers in a mail merge

I keep trying to complete a mail merge with several currency fields yet when
I complete the merge all of them are either 2 digits only or have the decimal
and several numbers following. How can I get these to format to a number?

Thanks so much, actually used the \# and it worked perfect! Also turning on
