I have the website www.krakow.gr and all the files have the .htm extension.
Just now i finished a new website www.bratislava.gr that is almost same with
"krakow" and i see that all the pages has the .html extension. Do you know
why it happened? i havent change anything in the way i use Publisher..

When you Publish to the Web you have the option of saving the index file as
index.htm or index.html. That choice will dictate what extension is used
throughout the site.

For what its worth, either the .html or the .htm extension are acceptable in
most circumstances, though I have read posts from users that use hosts that
require one or the other.
