Format- Font

[abc]

Recently, part of my form shows up in bold and italics.. I highlight
the text and try to "unclick" Bold and Italics, but it does not do
anything. I also tried "clear formatting" and save, but when I re-open
the form, its back to bold and italics... sometimes the application
even freezes and sends out one of those error messages asking to send
or not sent report to microsoft..

Unfortunately, it is impossible to troubleshoot such error without having
your solution handy. I suggest calling Microsoft Product Support Services if
you still can't solve this problem.
