Format function not recognized on some Access 97 installations

We are running two installations of Office 97 and one recognizes the Format
function but when opening on the other, it fails. Is there an option that
must be installed to recognize this function?

You've got a missing por broken reference. Any missing or broken reference
causes some of the built in Acess function to fail. Go to Tools -
References from a code window and see if any of the checked references have
the word MISSING after the name. Often you can just uncheck the reference,
but make sure the project will still compile after unchecking it.

You must do the above on the PCs where the problem is occurring.
