I'm merging an image into a Word document, and I would like it to
appear behind text. I can get the image reading into the main document
correctly, but when I manually click Format Picture > Layout > Behind
Text, things start to go wacky. Once I click OK, the image updates for
the first record, but hitting F9 on the second record doesn't update
the image. Word keeps the first picture for all of the records. I can
specify the formatting after I merge to a new document, but then I have
to do it manually for each image.
Is there a way to set the image to "behind text" during the merge?
I'm currently using { IncludePicture "R:\\Images\\{ MERGEFIELD Image }"
\d}
Thanks!!
