Format Listbox/Combobox

I've searched the internet and this discussion group for someone/something
that allows formatting of individual columns in a listbox. I remember seeing
something last month but like an idiot I didn't book mark it.

If you have an idea where I might find something, I would appreciate you
letting me know...thanks!
