Yes, I'm sorry - I did type the question in a box at one point, so I'm not
sure how it "disappeared." I would like to use Outlook 2003, but I'm
disappointed at how few folders can be seen in the one column. Is there an
option to expand the Shortcuts pane to two columns? Or, even better, to open
the Shortcut navigation pane in its own window? This would be identical to
opening the IE favorites in its own folder, a tremendously useful way to
handle hundreds of favorites shortcuts. Or, is there something I'm missing
about my options in Outlook 2003? Finally, if there is no variation I can
use, I will resort to subfolders in folders, in which case, is there a way to
speed up the opening of the main folder when you drag a message to be dropped
in a subfolder? It takes about 2 seconds to open... Sorry if these seem to
be outrageous demands, the solutions just seem logical to me. thank you
