Format of emails received in Outlook 2003 from a Lotus Notes sende

When I receive an email from a user on Lotus Notes, the format comes through
as full text with no formatting showing all of the header info etc and it is
very difficult to actually pick out the true email message
Emails from everyone else come through formatted with no problems.
I am operating on Vista, Outlook 2003, with McAfee a/v suite.
