Format of Time

I have a requirment to record time into the hundredths of
a second. The format I need is mm:ss:00.00 but excel will
not let me use it. This is to show video stop time. Any
suggestions would be appriciated. Thanks

Try this, though I haven't tested it thoroughly.
mm:ss.00
