Format Painter INCL. Ctrl+Sh+C/V Keyboard Shortcuts (like in Word)

Along with the addition of a Format Painter to OneNote (which surely is
inevitable, isn't it?), please include the keyboard shortcuts for
copying-&-pasting formats in Word, i.e., Ctrl+Sh+C / Ctrl+Sh+V, respectively.


The ability to persist the format outside the context of the toolbar button
is enormously powerful. My life has been forever improved since I learned
this trick. (Excel could benefit from this, too.) Thanks.
