I think ms guys should come here and check it here.
It is annoying to go to this website all the time and log in and
stuff.

Seems there are wrong assumptions on your side as far as these NGs are
concerned.
The NGs of the MS hierarchy are simply *peer-to-peer* NGs where
volunteers try to help the users. Thy are not moderated and not
monitored they are no place for communicating with MS.

Nevertheless some members of the ON team come here to help out.
But this does not mean that it was their task to come here and check for
bugs reported an/or suggestions being made.
For the latter there is the "Connect"-site. And it's easy enough to go
and report there.

Depends if you want MS to hear what you are saying.

MS has set up the Connect sites for more than just OneNote and it's their
official channel for feature requests for many products.

These forums are unmoderated for users to chat to each other about anything
related to a particular product.

Seems a bit unreasonable to expect Microsoft to visit the hundreds of
scattered user forums every day looking for the occasional feature request
when there is already a website set up for that specific purpose.

Well that depends how MS guys are motivated.
They may well come here and see what the concerns are.
Yes there are many messages, but tracing them is feasible as far as I can
see.
Just a random sample of messages would also do a good job.

Moreover, I dont think that I am an exception in fidning it anyyoing to
login and write the stuff at connect.
I simply message here with my newsgroup reader and find it time consuming to
go to the connect and write it there.
If I am finding it time consuming, then probably some others do too.
It is up to the MS guys to check here or not... If they want to improve
their product.

Thank you for your opinion. As a humble end user, I'm afraid I cannot change
anything for you though.

If you want to contribute a feature request that Microsoft will definitely
read, you'll have to use MS Connect. That's what it's there for.
