format printing Outlook contacts

Can I insert page breaks when I print my Outlook contacts? I want to print
the contacts whose name begins with "A" on one page, and contacts whose name
begins with "B" on the next page, etc.

Thanks, anyway. I know about importing to an MS-Word catalog. I was trying
to create an electronic address book that I could format and print out and
insert into my organizer. Then I could maintain and update an electronic
version
