Format property in finish language...

Got access 2000 with is in finnish language but part off
the help files are in english. The trouble is, that when
try to format a date field, cannot use those english
paragraphs like "YY", instead have to use finnish letters
like "VV" (for finish "vuosi". But, what in earth be the
letter for Hour Of The Day, it is NOT

hh Hour in two digits (00 to 23).

like they say in English.

Woud be nice to have an answer, folks
