FORMAT SIZE OF DOCUMENT

I have a document that I changed from 100% to 150% to better read and updated
information in the footnote. Prior to saving the doucment, I changed it back
to 100% and saved it. Now, every time I open the document, it is back to the
150%. I'm stumped.
