Format with keyboard

This seems really silly - I am sure there is a way I read of somewhere to
acheive the same effect as Format Painter with Keyboard Shortcut. But I
can't find it. Can anyone help please?

Ollie,

The only thing I know of is the copy paste, but that is not the same as the
FORMAT PAINTER.

It's easy (once you know how!):

control C = copy
shift control C = copy format

control V = paste
shift control V = paste format
