formating a data reference within a text cell

I am trying to format a reference to a cell within a text
to display percentage:
My formule reads: ="Regular"&E1&" Bonus", where E1 is
10%, but the cell displays: "Regular 0.1 bonus"

Ho wcan it display "Regular 10% bonus"?

a quick and dirty way:
="Regular"&E1*100&"% Bonus"
