Formating footer

Is there a way to align footer to the left, right or middle? As I can see,
it is FIXED to the middle.... =_=

There is great formatting feature differences between Infopath and Word /
Excel, is there any hope that will change in the future?

There is a tool in the SDK that lets you use Word to print InfoPath
documents. We're still trying to figure out how to get it to print a footer,
but it seems possible. However, I am guessing it will require handcoding xsl
for the Word form.
