Formating for Avery office products

I am using the instructions that Avery provided to make a
table of contents to print on their 1-31 tab dividers. I
can't figure out how to set the row height and I need to
be able to do that in order for it to print correctly.

Didn't Avery give directions for setting up a custom label format? If you're
doing this manually, you set the row height in Table Properties (Word 2000
and above) or Table | Cell Height and Width in earlier versions.
