Formating Imported dates from access database to exclude the time.

I have a visio organization chart project that is linked to data stored in a
access database. when the dates are displayed in Visio there is a time also
included: 00:00:0000. This takes up a large amount of space as there are lot
of dates on the pages.
Is there a way to just have the date displayed.
