Formating in a Form

To Anyone,

I'm trying to create a chart on a page. I create the
page, then insert a form. In the form I start building
the headings, then I split the heading horizontily and get
a second row and enter field names. When I space it out
in Normal view everything looks OK. However, when I bring
it up on my web-site. it's stretched out to the point
were I need to scroll right to see it.

Is there a way of accurately sizing Charts?
