Formating Labels

How do I format a page of labels so that I have several of the same label on
one page? For example, on a page of 30 labels, I would like five for John
Doe, five for Bill Smith, 5 for Mary Moore, etc.

You need to set up a print merge having the computer print 5 labels for the
same name in the merge.

If this is a simple list of names like in a Word document table or Excel
spreadsheet it is easiest to do the print merge in Word. Different versions
of Word have different ways of setting up Mail Merge but all versions of
Word can be used.

When you set the labels up, use <NextRecord> only on every 5th label (left
to right then on to the next line). This will cause Word to duplicate the
name on 5 different labels before getting the next name in line for the 6th
label. A little time consuming to set up the merge mask but once it is
done the merge works great. Mail merge help is a good source of
information.

Or of course you could just print a set of labels 5 times with a standard
label print merge.
